Refund & Returns Policy

At FrosticStudio, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (if applicable)

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Clear images or videos of the product
  • Packaging images (outer & inner)

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement OR
  • A refund (depending on availability and case)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

⚠️ Do not send products back without prior confirmation.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Payment-Specific Refunds:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@frostiqstudio.in.
